All warranty, post-warranty and non warranty repairs of BLISSTOOL metal detectors and all other BLISSTOOL products in UK, for old and future customers, are served directly from the BLISSTOOL manufacturer in Bulgaria.
All warranty repairs are free for the customers, and all non warranty repairs are paid at a minimum price, at cost for parts and labor.
Under the factory 3 years worldwide warranty, all transportation costs are borne by the customer. For this purpose, ie in need of repair, for the directions UK <-> Bulgaria, in customer service, BLISSTOOL manufacturer organized fast and safe delivery by courier DPD, which are partially subsidizing by BLISSTOOL manufacturer, to ensuring lower delivery prices for the UK customers, from which service the UK customers can benefit if desired, or to self-organizing the supply.
The prices for the DPD deliveries for the UK customers, when they are organized by BLISSTOOL manufacturer, ie through its service called "BLISSTOOL UK-BG SUPPLIES", in each direction are low and are fixed from BLISSTOOL manufacturer to 40 EUR for the direction UK -> Bulgaria and to 30 EUR for the direction Bulgaria -> UK, ie 70 EUR total for both directions, as the shipment is taken directly from the client's address and after the repair the detector back there again. The only commitment of the customer is to prepare the detector for transport as packed it in a cardboard box suitable for transportation, if possible in the original cardboard box of the detector.
In need of repair in order to take advantage of the service "BLISSTOOL UK-BG SUPPLIES" of BLISSTOOL manufacturer, the customer must make a request for the service via email info@blisstool.com . The DPD delivery time is about 5-7 days in each direction. Repairs are carried out usually for about 3-5 days, as the customer receives quality repair directly from the BLISSTOOL manufacturer and a free comprehensive preventive prophylaxis of the metal detector.
