BLISSTOOL service and repair centers, for USA customers

Attn: all BLISSTOOL customers in USA

To date (30 March 2013), the only certified and actually working service and repair center for BLISSTOOL detectors, capable of performing all types of repairs and upgrades, is our main service and repair center in Bulgaria.

Meanwhile we are in the process of building of BLISSTOOL service and repair center in USA, Florida, based in KellyCo (thanks to their kind cooperation and commitment), but so far it is still in the early stages of construction. It still is not finished, is not certified and is not able to perform complex repairs. For this, we still have not announced it officially. This will happen after its certification. The team of KellyCo is consists of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience, but we are still in the process of conducting specific training. Therefore, at this stage there can only be made very simple repairs on BLISSTOOL detectors.

If BLISSTOOL customer, need warranty service and support, he should contact the dealer/distributor from which he bought his BLISSTOOL detector, or directly us. In both cases, only after we meet with the case, we solely decide where and how to service and/or repair the detector. We choose solely the best option for the customer. Another option is the customer to follow the instructions described in our original warranty card as the manufacturer.

To no future misunderstandings and abuse the goodwill of KellyCo in the coming days we will further instruct all current BLISSTOOL distributors in USA (KellyCo, BLISSTOOL USA and their dealer network), what are the rules for the possible use of all BLISSTOOL service and repair centers. We will give prior authorization for any repairs. All unauthorized repairs will not be accepted and will result in void of our factory warranty.
