Effective 24 October 2015, BLISSTOOL UK is no longer a BLISSTOOL distributor.

BLISSTOOL UK and persons associated with it, shall immediately cease all activities regarding the BLISSTOOL brand.

All BLISSTOOL UK end-customers and all future BLISSTOOL end-customers in UK, can rely on the assistance and support directly from BLISSTOOL Ltd, Bulgaria, ie the BLISSTOOL manufacturer. They can also rely on the factory 3 years worldwide warranty of their BLISSTOOL metal detectors.

Under an agreement between the parties from a date 28 October 2015, and on the basis of a contract between the parties signed by date 02 November 2015, all commitments for which have already been fully implemented, BLISSTOOL Ltd (the BLISSTOOL manufacturer) acquires full ownership and became sole owner of the following items:

/1/ Web forum http://blisstooluk.forumchitchat.com , all its content and internet domain name. Its new main web address is: http://blisstoolforum.uk , as is planned, in the future, it to be its single web address, as the old will cease to be active.

/2/ YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/blisstooldetecting , all its content and YouTube channel name. Its web address remains the same;

/3/ Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/183549038418931 , all its content, Facebook page name and Facebook address. Its new main web address is: https://www.facebook.com/blisstoolunitedkingdom

BLISSTOOL Ltd will retain and continue to maintain and develop these resources in favor of the BLISSTOOL users.

BLISSTOOL thanked BLISSTOOL UK for the constructive and fruitful cooperation in the past. They did a good job of promoting the BLISSTOOL brand in the UK and were helpful to many UK customers.

BLISSTOOL brand continues to develop and move forward, based precisely on such valuable contributors as BLISSTOOL UK was as BLISSTOOL distributor in UK and of course especially based on development of new own unique technologies and products.

On the purchase of BLISSTOOL products from customers in UK:

On warranty, post-warranty and non warranty BLISSTOOL support in UK:

All warranty, post-warranty and non warranty repairs of BLISSTOOL metal detectors and all other BLISSTOOL products in UK, for old and future customers, will be served directly from the BLISSTOOL manufacturer in Bulgaria.

All warranty repairs are free for the customers, and all non warranty repairs are paid at a minimum price, at cost for parts and labor.

Under the factory 3 years worldwide warranty, all transportation costs are borne by the customer. For this purpose, ie in need of repair, for the directions UK <-> Bulgaria, in customer service, BLISSTOOL manufacturer organized fast and safe delivery by courier DPD, which are partially subsidizing by BLISSTOOL manufacturer, to ensuring lower delivery prices for the UK customers, from which service the UK customers can benefit if desired, or to self-organizing the supply.

The prices for the DPD deliveries for the UK customers, when they are organized by BLISSTOOL manufacturer, ie through its service called "BLISSTOOL UK-BG SUPPLIES", in each direction are low and are fixed from BLISSTOOL manufacturer to 40 EUR for the direction UK -> Bulgaria and to 30 EUR for the direction Bulgaria -> UK, ie 70 EUR total for both directions, as the shipment is taken directly from the client's address and after the repair the detector back there again. The only commitment of the customer is to prepare the detector for transport as packed it in a cardboard box suitable for transportation, if possible in the original cardboard box of the detector.

The DPD delivery time is about 5-7 days in each direction. Repairs are carried out usually for about 3-5 days, as the customer receives quality repair directly from the BLISSTOOL manufacturer and a free comprehensive preventive prophylaxis of the metal detector.

About the repairs for UK customers: Our statistics show that failures are extremely rare and in 99% of cases are due to user error, so there is no cause for alarm, as the need for repair is extremely rare. Moreover, practice has shown that minor faults can be solved independently by the users (also in need with our remote assistance and guidelines). So, repair from us in Bulgaria is required only for serious damages, as this is the best place where they can be carried out and where up to date, they were carried out, despite the availability of distributor.

Moreover, in the case of a manufacturing defect produced soon after purchase or during transport, which is extremely rare, or in any other situation at our discretion, as a gesture or to compensate for the inconvenience, we pay part or all transport costs. This is a sign of good will on our part and although not listed explicitly in the warranty, we always proceed in this way, ie with customer care.

As already mentioned, we will perform all UK repairs, as we do not advise repairs by unauthorized persons, as they usually tend to deterioration of the detector or to mislead the consumer about its real status.

Given the performance, the quality and the price of every BLISSTOOL detector, a potential additional investment of 70 EUR total for a period of 3-8 years, for its eventual repairs or even preventive prophylaxis, in my opinion, is fully admissible.

No room for conspiracy theories and speculation. BLISSTOOL brand continues to develop and move forward, based precisely on such valuable contributors as BLISSTOOL UK was as BLISSTOOL distributor in UK and of course especially based on development of new own unique technologies and products.

The lack of a valuable distributor, which BLISSTOOL UK was for the UK clients of BLISSTOOL, will definitely be felt, so it is an illusion to think that this will not be noticeable. But we go forward, as though the base here is the BLISSTOOL brand, its technologies and products, not the distributors, no matter which one.

Given the unique products that BLISSTOOL offer, we believe that in the future will appear worthy successor and continuation of the work of BLISSTOOL UK in the role of a new our UK distributor, although we all will remember Daryn in our hearts as our good friend as he still is and will be. In my opinion, despite his poor health in recent years, for which you all know, he continued because of all of you and therefore, we supported him in every possible way.
