BLISSTOOL LTC64X (THE BEAST) v6 vs BLISSTOOL LTC64X (THE BEAST) v5 vs Minelab GPX 5000. Detection of 4 coins buried in the ground about 4-6 years ago, in different places and at different depths of a polygon BLISSTOOL BSB:
- First target: coin with a diameter 22.25 mm (20 euro cent) at a depth of 28 cm (11");
- Second target: coin with a diameter 24.25 mm (50 euro cent) at a depth of 38 cm (15");
- Third target: coin with a diameter 24.25 mm (50 euro cent) at a depth of 36 cm (14.17");
- Fourth target: coin with a diameter 24.25 mm (50 euro cent) at a depth of 45 cm (17.71").
Metal detectors BLISSTOOL LTC64X (THE BEAST) v6 and v5 detect the first, the second, the third and the fourth target. Metal detector Minelab GPX 5000 detects the first, the second and the third target, but does not detect or detect with a very weak signal the fourth target.
Furthermore, during the test, metal detectors BLISSTOOL LTC64X (THE BEAST) v6 and v5 are in discrimination mode, with 28 cm (11") search coils and are not set to maximum sensitivity, but in SILENT mode or close to it, ie with optimal sensitivity for the specific field conditions, applicable in practice in real field work. In comparison, during the test, metal detector Minelab GPX 5000 is with a large search coil 38 cm x 30 cm (15" x 12") and is set to maximum sensitivity to demonstrate its maximum depth of detection, although this its maximum sensitivity is not applicable in practice in real field work. Despite these large bonuses for it, as seen from the test, metal detectors BLISSTOOL LTC64X (THE BEAST) v6 and v5 easily defeated metal detector Minelab GPX 5000 on a parameter depth of detection for a single coin in medium mineralized soil, while providing quality discrimination categorically impossible for it. With a 28 cm (11") search coil, metal detector Minelab GPX 5000 has even less depth of detection.

Search coil of the metal detector during the test:

- BLISSTOOL LTC64X (THE BEAST) v6: 28 cm (11") DD search coil BLISSTOOL DD28SC2
- BLISSTOOL LTC64X (THE BEAST) v5: 28 cm (11") DD search coil BLISSTOOL DD28SC2
- Minelab GPX 5000: 38 cm x 30 cm (15" x 12") semi-elliptical Minelab Commander Double-D search coil
