2 March 2013. Quality and problems of the last batch BLISSTOOL LTC64X v3.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is one problem with the last batch BLISSTOOL LTC64X v3. Its problem is that it is very good, too good :).

I started provocative this my message for the available internet speculation about the quality of the last batch BLISSTOOL LTC64X. Please note that these speculations have nothing to do with reality.

I will explain:

/1/ In each new batch BLISSTOOL LTC64X, we strive to improve its quality, to make it even better. As I announced in November 2012, the last batch (recent units of which were sold in February 2013, inclusive) contain a large number of small improvements as: potentiometers GROUND RUDELY and GROUND FINELY already captioned GROUND COARSE and GROUND FINE; improved stability providing even better results, etc.

/2/ Due to the expansion of our production capacity in 2012, we dramatically slowed deliveries to all our distributors and direct customers. All delayed orders we delivered for a short period of time in late 2012 and early 2013. Because of this, on the market suddenly appeared a few hundred units BLISSTOOL LTC64X v3 in the vacuum that was created. It is normal for a small fraction of them to have any problems. It's electronics and even our highest multilevel quality control, small problems sometimes occur. Because of the large number of simultaneous accumulated deliveries, the reports for small quantity problems at once, have caused a sense for dramatically higher number.

/3/ As a percentage, the problems of the last batch, are less than the previous batches, and this is progress and not a failure for us. So far, from several hundred detectors BLISSTOOL LTC64X v3 from the last batch, worldwide, there is a need for repairs less than 10 of them. This repair we perform for free. Customers need only to contact us. Damages that we have seen are: several switches and potentiometers damaged during transport or during soldering (for this purpose we will increase our quality control), or other damage caused during transportation, but as percentage it is very small. In addition, we have applied immediately, preventive measure to elimination such problems in the future.

/4/ For the convenience of our customers, at the same time, ie in late 2012 and early 2013, we started building of BLISSTOOL service and repair centers in USA and in UK, as we started procedures for selection of external service center when necessary, signing a contract, and training of their staff. Relationship with them was through our distributors in UK and USA. We shared a part from the technical information with them (ie with our distributors - tradespeople), such as our procedures and techniques for detecting typical damages, that are needed for the teams of the service and repair centers. Unfortunately this was a big mistake. Our USA and UK distributors are not technicians, and with their public statements in this connection unwittingly created panic and damaged us. There was an effect of broken telephone. For example, we advise service center to check for broken or faulty one potentiometer on only one piece of the detector, which is now the center repairs. At the same time, our distributors receives this information and shares with its customers that "there are probably several broken or defective potentiometers". A small portion of those end customers immediately write on forums and share with their friends that "absolutely all potentiometers are damaged". Of course there are a very small group of people who deliberately harm us: if they are not very happy with us (although not require assistance from us to solve their problem if they have one), persons to whom we have discontinued the contract or prefer not to work with them, etc.

/5/ The last batch, (for which I already wrote, that recent units of which were sold in February 2013, inclusive) was first produced in our new expanded production capacity. With it, we achieve better quality and better performance. We analyzed the good results and removed the small problems.

/6/ What are exemplary damages on the last batch BLISSTOOL LTC64X v3? - Damages are too small as percentage to indicate something typical. They are different, ie they are single and incidents, as: small quantity breakage during transport due to cheap transport chosen by some of our distributors or because insufficient our packaging on the factory; small quantity switches and potentiometers damaged during transport, small quantity switches and potentiometers damaged partially during soldering in the production process, and become visible after a blow or jolt (during transport); preconditions for triggering the pcb factory short circuit protection after a blow or jolt (during transport). Common between them is that since they are caused during transport, the customer immediately after purchase noticed these problems. In this case, the client is just enough to contact the dealer or us directly and we will fix the problem at our expense, as we will pay also the transport costs. Loyal customers do so, but the other immediately caused panic in the forums showers blame lies and fabrications. There is also a very small percentage of damage caused by the customer, such as breakage, damage to the charger cable and cause a short circuit, etc. We endeavor to make our products even more resistant to such events. Regarding the above described potential problems if you do not notice them in the first 1-20 hours of work with your BLISSTOOL metal detector, it means they are not available and you can be calm. The most common signs for damage are: continuously lit BATT LOW indicator; no sound; very choppy sound and lack of opportunity to stabilize through adequate user settings.

/7/ Please all our current and future customers noted that all BLISSTOOL metal detectors have a 3 year worldwide warranty for the quality of the produced components and in case of any factory flaws. In need of repair, please follow the instructions outlined in our warranty card as a manufacturer and/or contact the distributor/dealer from whom you bought your BLISSTOOL metal detector. No matter where in the world you are, to be satisfied, we will assist and repair your unit, as in most cases free of charge for you. Just contact us if you have a problem or suspected problem with your BLISSTOOL metal detector. Please note that all BLISSTOOL metal detectors and all BLISSTOOL search coils are thoroughly tested at several stages during production and also tested through extensive field testing after manufacture. Such a procedure pass all BLISSTOOL metal detectors in the process of providing 100% performance. Only after ensuring and verifying the 100% performance, the BLISSTOOL detector is approved for sale. Because we are confident in the quality of our products, we provide 3 year worldwide warranty.
